This Smith & Wesson M&P9 Shield Plus stands out as an optics-ready, micro-size 9mm with tritium night sights and a 3.1-inch stainless steel barrel with Armornite finish. It features a striker-fired action with a flat-face, hinged trigger, front and rear wave-pattern serrations, and a no thumb safety configuration. It comes with two 15-round extended steel magazines with grip sleeves, and the optics-cut cover plate has been removed.

The Shield Plus platform here is the Optics Ready, No Thumb Safety variant, combining a compact footprint with a factory slide cut for a micro red dot. The cover plate has been removed, allowing direct access to the optics cut.
Sights are tritium night sights with an orange-ring tritium front and a tritium rear, marked "TG-H3" for easy identification in low light. The slide shows the Springfield, MA U.S.A. roll mark.
The pistol uses a double-column, "stack-and-a-half" magazine design and includes two 15-round extended steel magazines with grip sleeves, yielding a 15+1 capacity in 9mm Luger.
Construction details include a stainless steel slide and 3.1-inch stainless steel barrel with Armornite finish, a matte black slide, and a black polymer frame with M&P texturing. The slide has front and rear wave-pattern cocking serrations. The frame is marked "CAUTION – CAPABLE OF FIRING WITH MAGAZINE REMOVED," indicating no magazine disconnect.
