The LCR’s hybrid build uses a monolithic stainless-steel front frame in a matte natural finish and a stainless-steel cylinder with a black-oxide finish, paired with a black polymer fire-control housing. This two-tone configuration provides a low-glare appearance.
Its DAO, internal-hammer system is paired with Ruger’s friction-reducing cam for a smooth, non-stacking trigger pull. The five-shot fluted cylinder keeps weight down while maintaining .357 Magnum strength.
