This CZ Scorpion EVO 3 S1 began life as a factory 9mm pistol and was later Form 1–registered and converted to an SBR, configured with a right-side folding, multi-position stock and a 7.72 in cold hammer forged, threaded barrel. It stands out with HB Industries upgrades — a Theta flat-faced trigger and ambidextrous safety levers — plus a full-length 12 o'clock Picatinny top rail, CZ low-profile iron sights, and Czech 2021 proof/inspection markings. NFA trust engraving is present, and the rifle includes two 20-round CZ magazines and original factory fire-control parts.
Condition
Overall Condition: Excellent condition, showing only faint signs of any prior use or handling.
Bore Condition: Excellent - Clean, mirror finish, no signs of wear.
Bore Rifling: Excellent Rifling - Sharp lands and grooves.
Specific Condition Notes: This rifle shows little prior use, and the bore is clean and shiny. An aftermarket safety is installed; moving the lever to Safe may require more effort, and there is an additional tactile click between Safe and Fire. The safety may require further fitting. Sold as is.

The 7.72 in barrel is steel, cold hammer forged, and threaded at the muzzle, and it comes fitted with a multi-port device. A polymer hand stop is installed for positive support at the front.
The receiver and frame are fiber-glass reinforced polymer. A full-length 12 o'clock Picatinny rail runs the top, with molded rail sections at 3, 6, and 9 o'clock on the polymer handguard. CZ low-profile iron sights are included.
Controls are modern and ambidextrous where specified: the rifle uses a simple blowback, semi-automatic, closed-bolt action; the charging handle is reversible and non-reciprocating; and HB Industries safety levers are installed. Capacity is 20+1 with the included CZ factory magazines.
The stock folds to the right and offers multi-position length adjustment with listed LOP settings of 12.5 and 14.5 inches, providing compact storage and a tailored fit when deployed.
Markings include Czech proof/inspection stamps with a "21" year code, a CZ-USA Kansas City, KS import mark, and a "MADE IN CZECH REPUBLIC" roll mark. NFA trust engraving is present on the firearm.
