The dash-7 variant is notable for its two-piece barrel system, along with a partial underlug and shrouded ejector rod. A serrated topstrap/rib helps reduce glare. The adjustable iron sights pair a ramp front with a colored insert and an adjustable rear, giving clear sight alignment.
Construction is brushed stainless throughout the frame and cylinder, with black synthetic finger-groove grips. Safety features include the internal key lock located on the left sideplate. The revolver chambers .357 Magnum and also accepts .38 Special.
