The 16.12 in 4140 steel barrel is threaded 1/2x28 for compatible muzzle devices. A free-float polymer handguard integrates M-LOK slots, and a full-length 1913 Picatinny top rail offers ample space for mounting the included optic or additional accessories as desired.
This model accepts double-column M&P 9mm pistol magazines and ships with three: one 17-round and two 21-round magazines. The fixed polymer stock features in-stock storage for two magazines, and the stated capacity is 17+1.
It is a blowback-operated, semi-automatic 9mm rifle with right-side ejection. The polymer frame and stock wear a matte black finish, and the M&P-pattern polymer pistol grip uses interchangeable backstraps to fine-tune the fit. Length of pull measures 14.75 in. Made in the United States.
