This Smith & Wesson M&P-15 is a 5.56mm NATO AR-15 configured with useful, ready-to-use features. It pairs a 16-inch barrel and carbine-length gas system with a forged 7075-T6 aluminum receiver set, a flat-top Picatinny upper with T-marks, and an F-marked A2 front sight base. Upgrades include a Magpul MOE 6-position collapsible stock, a carbine-length drop-in quad-rail handguard, and a rubberized finger-grooved pistol grip.

The M&P-15 uses a semi-automatic, direct impingement operating system with a carbine-length gas system for a familiar AR-15 manual of arms. The 16-inch barrel features a 1:9 twist and an A2 flash suppressor on a threaded muzzle.
The forged 7075-T6 aluminum receivers are hard-anodized and include a flat-top Picatinny upper with T-marks. It is equipped with a dust cover, forward assist, shell deflector, and a bayonet lug. Controls include a standard magazine release and a manual safety.
Sighting is handled by an F-marked A2 front sight base and a polymer flip-up rear sight. The carbine-length, two-piece drop-in quad-rail handguard is retained by a delta ring and handguard cap, providing rail space along all four sides.
Furniture includes a Magpul MOE 6-position collapsible stock and a textured, finger-grooved rubberized pistol grip. The rifle accepts AR-15 pattern magazines and comes with two 30-round Magpul PMAGs. Country of origin is the United States.
