The Pro Series C.O.R.E. slide is factory optics-cut and includes the C.O.R.E. cover plate and multi-plate mounting system for mounting popular red dots. The stainless steel barrel and slide receive a Melonite/black nitride treatment, resulting in a black finish throughout. Overall length is 7.5 in, with a 4.25 in barrel and a listed weight of 24.0 oz.
Trijicon suppressor-height tritium night sights are installed for a higher sight picture; the tritium is slightly dim with age. The front and rear sights remain clearly defined for sight alignment in normal lighting.
This striker-fired pistol features a Pro Series tuned trigger and a hinged trigger with integral safety. It has no external/manual thumb safety. The slide is marked: "CAUTION—CAPABLE OF FIRING WITH MAGAZINE REMOVED."
