What's Included

- Original case
- Two 30-round Magpul PMAG polymer AR-15 pattern magazines (one with an enhanced baseplate/pull tab installed)
The Hellion's 18" chrome-moly-vanadium steel barrel is Melonite-treated for durability and corrosion resistance, with a 1:7 twist to stabilize a wide range of 5.56mm projectiles. The muzzle is threaded 1/2x28 and fitted with a flash hider.
A short-stroke gas piston drives the semi-automatic action. A two-position adjustable gas regulator supports normal and suppressed settings, allowing the user to tune operation for varying conditions.
Controls are fully ambidextrous, including the safety, magazine release, bolt release, and non-reciprocating charging handle. Ejection is reversible to either the right or left side. The rifle accepts AR-pattern magazines and uses a replaceable AR-pattern pistol grip.
The polymer M-LOK handguard provides mounting slots at 3, 6, and 9 o'clock. A full-length Picatinny top rail integrates flip-up front and rear sights actuated by press-buttons.
Ergonomics are enhanced by an adjustable length-of-pull buttpad module and cheekpiece, plus a textured pistol grip. Overall length is approximately 30.25–31.75" and weight is about 8 lb 3 oz. Markings include "HELLION," the Springfield Armory crest, and "HS PRODUKT – MADE IN CROATIA."
