This Ruger LCRx is the 3-inch, .38 Special +P variant confirmed by its factory box label (Model 05431 / Catalog LCRX-3, Ruger 5431). It features a lightweight aluminum monolithic frame with a polymer fire-control housing, an extensively fluted stainless steel cylinder with a black PVD finish, and fully adjustable sights. Manufactured in 2018 and presented in very good condition, it comes with the original Ruger box and instruction manual.

The LCRx series adds an exposed hammer and DA/SA operation to Ruger’s lightweight LCR design. This example is chambered in .38 Special +P with a 5-round capacity and a 3-inch barrel. It measures 7.50 inches in overall length, 5.80 inches in height, and weighs 15.7 ounces.
The revolver uses a 7000-series aluminum monolithic frame paired with a polymer fire-control housing, both finished in matte black. The barrel features a full-length underlug and lightening slots near the muzzle for a distinctive, functional profile.
Sighting is handled by a pinned ramp front with a white insert and a fully adjustable rear with a black blade. The exposed hammer has a checkered spur, and the grip is a Hogue Tamer Monogrip in black rubber. Ruger’s friction-reducing cam trigger system is part of the design.
The extensively fluted stainless steel cylinder wears a durable black PVD finish. The barrel uses six-groove rifling with a 1:16" right-hand twist. This configuration is confirmed by the factory box end label (Model 05431 / Catalog LCRX-3, Ruger 5431) and was made in the United States in 2018.
