The DA/SA system is paired with an ambidextrous slide-mounted safety/decocker, a firing pin block, and a red fire indicator. Rear cocking serrations aid manipulation, and the open-top slide works with the falling locking-block operating system.
The 4.9 inch barrel and fixed 3-dot sights offer a straightforward sight picture, with an integral front blade and a dovetailed rear. The frame is aluminum alloy, and the black textured polymer grip panels feature Beretta medallions. Capacity is 15+1 with the included magazines.
A single cross-slot rail on the dust cover supports commonly used accessories. A lanyard loop is integrated at the rear of the frame to accommodate retention as needed.
