This German-made HK VP9 is a full-size, striker-fired 9mm with the ambidextrous paddle-style magazine release (standard VP9, not VP9-B) and ambidextrous slide releases. It features a 4.09 in cold-hammer-forged steel barrel with polygonal rifling, a MIL-STD-1913 accessory rail, and dovetailed 3-dot sights. Markings include CIP N and Ulm stag-antler proofs, DE country code, BF date code, and an HKI Columbus GA import mark. It comes with two 15-round factory steel magazines, the factory case, grip panel/backstrap spares, and a magazine loader.

The VP9’s control layout is fully ambidextrous, combining the paddle-style magazine release with ambidextrous slide releases for easy operation from either hand. A textured grip with interchangeable backstraps and side panels lets the user tailor fit, and the frontstrap finger grooves add consistent purchase.
The 4.09 in steel barrel is cold-hammer-forged with polygonal rifling, paired with a Browning-type modified linkless locking system. This setup is built for durability and efficient lockup.
Slide features include front and rear serrations and rear charging supports, plus a striker status indicator. The dovetailed 3-dot iron sights and a 6.38 in sight radius provide a clear, repeatable sight picture.
Safety elements are integrated throughout: a trigger safety, firing pin block, loaded-chamber indicator, striker cocking indicator, and disassembly safety. A MIL-STD-1913 accessory rail supports compatible lights or other accessories.
