It features a full-length 1913 Picatinny top rail, molded rail sections on the handguard, adjustable polymer iron sights, and ambidextrous controls. It comes with five 30-round translucent polymer magazines and a soft case.

The Scorpion EVO 3 S1 SBR uses a simple blowback, closed-bolt action paired with a 7.72 in threaded steel barrel for dependable operation. The receiver and forend are made from fiberglass-reinforced polymer, with a steel barrel and bolt group.
It has been converted and registered as a short-barreled rifle via ATF Form 1, and is equipped with a polymer stock that folds and telescopes. Length of pull is adjustable from 12.5 to 14.5 inches, making it easy to dial in fit and handling.
Controls are designed for accessibility, including an ambidextrous safety selector with pictograms and a side charging handle with a locking notch for manual bolt hold-open.
Mounting surfaces are extensive: a full-length 1913 Picatinny top rail and a polymer handguard with molded Picatinny rail sections at the 3, 6, and 9 o'clock positions. The included adjustable polymer iron sights use a front post and an adjustable rear drum.
