The Officer's-length 3.5-inch barrel and compact frame deliver the classic short-recoil, locked-breech 1911 operation in a stainless package. The slide shows vertical rear serrations and a lowered, flared ejection port to aid manipulation and ejection.
This example is Series 80, incorporating a firing pin block alongside a manual thumb safety and grip safety. It retains hallmark 1911 controls and ergonomics, including a checkered magazine release and a flat, checkered mainspring housing with a smooth front strap.
Sight alignment is straightforward with a fixed three-dot set: a white-dot front blade and a two-dot rear. The pistol is further outfitted with a Commander-style rowel hammer and a skeletonized, three-hole trigger.
