The stock is collapsible and multi-position with an adjustable length of pull and a ribbed pistol grip, giving the carbine a flexible fit and positive handling.
The TAPCO polymer handguard features a full-length top Picatinny rail for mounting sights or accessories, and includes an underside sling swivel stud. The aluminum-alloy receiver is drilled and tapped and comes with a one-piece combination Weaver/Picatinny-style scope base installed for easy optic mounting options.
Its 18.5" stainless-steel barrel is unthreaded. The rifle uses a blowback, semi-automatic action and was manufactured in the USA in 2011.
Controls and sights are practical and user-focused: an extended magazine release lever speeds reloads, and the rifle accepts Ruger BX-pattern detachable magazines.
