The P320 Compact configuration combines a 3.9 in barrel with a compact grip module that accepts 15-round magazines for a 15+1 capacity. Its modular FCU design allows the grip module to be changed while the serialized component remains the same.
The slide has a black Nitron finish with diagonal cocking serrations at the front and rear for confident manipulation. It uses an external extractor and is not optics-cut. Sights are SIG 3-dot contrast with a white-dot front and a two-dot rear.
The black grip module is glass-reinforced polymer with molded SIG SAUER logos. A MIL-STD-1913 accessory rail with four slots is integrated into the dustcover for mounting compatible accessories.
Markings and packaging details include "NEWINGTON, NH, USA" on the pistol and a factory case label dated January 17, 2022. The magazines are steel-bodied and marked "MADE IN ITALY." The mfg part number is 320C-9-B and the UPC is 798681505951.
