This 1999 Ruger 10/22 Carbine All-Weather pairs a stainless 18.5-inch carbine-profile barrel with a silver-finished aluminum-alloy receiver and a black synthetic stock. It retains the factory iron sights and uses Ruger’s proven 10-round rotary magazine system. The receiver is factory drilled and tapped with three scope-base screw holes for easy mounting of a base if desired.
The All-Weather configuration offers a stainless barrel with a recessed crown and a durable synthetic stock with molded checkering. It features a right-side charging handle, a cross-bolt safety, and a 13.0-inch length of pull. The rear sight is marked with an "R," and the barrel carries the Ruger instruction-manual warning and Southport, Conn., USA rollmark.
Iron sights include a ramped front blade and a folding rear leaf, giving a clean, practical sight picture out of the box. The semi-automatic blowback action is chambered in .22 LR and feeds from the standard 10-round rotary magazine for a 10+1 capacity.
