The CR920XP Elite is the compensated variant of Shadow Systems' subcompact 9mm, confirmed by the factory case label reading "CR920XP Elite Compensated" (SKU SS-5211) and the slide roll mark. Its compensated tri-lug, tool-less system nests into the extended dustcover for a compact integrated profile.
The match-grade 3.75 in barrel features spiral fluting and a durable bronze finish. The slide wears a black nitride finish with front and rear directional serrations, top serrations, and lightening windows. A direct-mount, multi-footprint optic cut is machined into the slide, and this pistol comes with a Vortex Defender-CCW 3 MOA red dot already installed.
Sighting is fast and clear with a green tritium Night Fision front post paired to a plain black rear notch. Internally, a stainless guide rod is present. The striker-fired system uses a flat-faced trigger with a safety blade, with a factory-listed pull of approximately 4.5–5.0 lb, and a trigger safety is the primary safety feature.
The polymer frame has a wrap-around grip texture and includes an accessory rail. Despite its subcompact size, the pistol offers a 15+1 capacity.
