The PA-15 uses a direct impingement, semi-automatic action with a standard charging handle and manual safety, delivering the familiar AR-15 manual of arms. Its flat-top A3 upper features a case deflector, forward assist, and ejection-port cover for practical durability and function.
The 16-inch steel barrel is threaded and capped with an A2-pattern birdcage flash hider secured by a crush washer. A free-float aluminum M-LOK handguard provides attachment slots and keeps weight forward of the receivers balanced.
Magpul MOE furniture includes an adjustable, collapsible stock and MOE polymer grip. The length of pull is 13.5 inches, supporting a comfortable, repeatable fit.
Installed Magpul MBUS polymer flip-up sights give a dependable sighting option out of the box. Two included Magpul PMAG Gen M3 windowed 30-round magazines add quality feeding and quick round-count checks.
Receivers are aluminum alloy with a matte black anodized finish. Markings include "PALMETTO STATE ARMORY, WEST COLUMBIA, S.C." on the right receiver and an "A" forging mark on the upper. The M-LOK logo is visible on the handguard.
