The ZEV O.Z-9 Elite Standard stands out with its modular steel receiver/chassis, removable polymer grip module, and a factory optic-ready slide. This full-size 9mm features a 5-inch bronze-colored threaded barrel with a bronze faceted/scalloped (diamond-cut) thread protector, aggressive slide porting, and a flared magazine well. It ships with two 22-round magazines and useful extras, all in a ZEV red hard case.
The O.Z-9 platform centers on a machined steel receiver/chassis that carries the serialized component and extended rails, delivering a rigid core for the pistol. The polymer grip module is removable via a single takedown pin, allowing easy swaps while keeping the serialized chassis intact. A flared magazine well is installed to guide reloads smoothly.
The slide is optic-ready with a cover plate installed and features front and rear serrations for confident manipulation. Side ports and a long top window expose the bronze-finished barrel. An optic sealing plate with mounting screws is included to support your chosen optic setup.
This striker-fired pistol uses a flat-faced trigger with a safety blade and a trigger safety system. Iron sights consist of a high-visibility front and a black-notch rear for a clean, high-contrast sight picture. An integral accessory rail on the dust cover is ready for lights or other rail-mounted gear.
Capacity is 22+1 with the included magazines, noted as Glock factory extended 9mm magazines. Also included are ZEV striker springs (2 lb and 3 lb), a spare OZ9 polymer grip module, and the manual. Made in the USA, this example carries ZEV part number OZ9-STD-B-BRZ-TH.
