Built as the Fifty Years 1964–2014 series, the receiver is rollmarked: "THE RUGER 10/22 RIFLE • 22LR • FIFTY YEARS • 1964–2014." This example was manufactured in 2014 and wears a matte gray finish. The top of the barrel is marked "RUGER HAMMER FORGED."
The 16.12-inch heavy target bull barrel is hammer-forged with a recessed crown. It is non-threaded and has no sights, keeping the muzzle clean and purpose-driven for precision work.
The Bell & Carlson composite target-style stock (tan) adds a wide forend and a high comb for steady support, plus a rubber buttpad with Bell & Carlson branding. Dual sling swivel studs are fitted, with a stud-mounted bipod already installed. Length of pull is 13.5 inches.
The blowback, semi-automatic 10/22 action includes an extended magazine release and a cross-bolt safety. A one-piece integral ring/base scope mount is attached to the receiver via screws. This rifle is listed at a 25+1 capacity and includes one Ruger BX-25 factory magazine. Sights are not present on the barrel.
