Smith & Wesson Model 19-2 Combat Magnum .357 Magnum, 4 in, Blued K-Frame, 6-Shot Revolver
This Smith & Wesson Model 19-2 Combat Magnum pairs the classic K-frame with a 4-inch heavy barrel, polished blued carbon-steel construction, and DA/SA operation. As a mid-1960s 19-2, it reflects the engineering update that removed the trigger-guard screw and revised the cylinder stop, and it wears no-diamond target stocks characteristic of that era.

What’s Included
- Smith & Wesson Model 19-2 .357 Magnum revolver
The Model 19-2 is built on the S&W K-frame with a six-shot fluted cylinder, chambered in .357 Magnum and also capable of firing .38 Special. It uses a double-action/single-action mechanism and features a 4-inch heavy barrel with a short ejector-rod shroud and a serrated rib.
This 19-2 reflects the factory engineering change of its time: the trigger-guard screw was eliminated and the cylinder stop was revised. The yoke is stamped "MOD. 19-2," aligning with the model designation for this engineering update from the 1960s.
Construction is all carbon steel with a polished blued finish throughout the frame, barrel, and cylinder. The hammer is color-casehardened with a wide, checkered spur, and a serrated (grooved) trigger face, color-casehardened. Sights include a fixed ramped front and an adjustable rear for precise zeroing.
Target-style, checkered wood stocks with S&W medallions and no diamond around the grip screw provide a secure hold and are consistent with mid-1960s production features. Overall, this configuration delivers the hallmark handling and visual details associated with the Combat Magnum of this era.
