The rifle includes a user-adjustable single-stage trigger, a three-lug bolt with a 60-degree lift, and a detachable 5-round magazine, with a matte bead-blasted stainless barrel and receiver complemented by a polished stainless bolt body that pairs with the durable two-tone synthetic stock.

The 22 in stainless barrel is cold-hammer-forged and free-floating, with no open sights, designed for consistent performance. The matte bead-blasted stainless finish on the barrel and receiver provides low glare and weather resistance. The bolt body has a polished stainless finish.
The Action III receiver uses Sako’s integral tapered dovetail bases with checkered top pads for secure scope mounting. A one-piece forged bolt with three lugs delivers a short 60-degree lift, aided by a mechanical ejector and a separate bolt-release control.
The two-step injection-molded synthetic stock has soft grip panels on the grip and fore-end for confident handling, plus a recoil pad and sling swivel studs. Length of pull is 14.0 in, with a grey two-tone finish that complements the stainless metalwork.
Controls and internals are purpose-built: a user-adjustable single-stage trigger and a two-position safety that allows loading and unloading with the safety engaged. The detachable magazine system provides 5+1 capacity in 7mm-08 Rem.
