This first-generation M&P9 Shield 1.0 (SKU 11905) stands out with factory fiber-optic sights, the Shield 1.0 fish-scale slide serrations, and a slim single-column profile. It features a stainless steel slide and 3.1" barrel with an Armornite finish, plus a tactile top-mounted loaded-chamber indicator and a magazine safety. It comes with two magazines, a LaserMax trigger-guard red laser module (not installed), and a removable adhesive grip-tape wrap installed on the frame.

The Shield 1.0 configuration delivers the original fish-scale style rear serrations on a stainless slide finished in Armornite. This example is the factory SKU 11905 setup, which ships with fiber-optic sights and the tactile top-mounted loaded-chamber indicator paired with a magazine safety.
Sight picture is fast and high-visibility thanks to a green fiber-optic front and red two-dot fiber-optic rear in a 3-dot layout. The slide and 3.1" stainless barrel wear the durable Armornite treatment for corrosion and wear resistance.
Built on a slim polymer frame in a micro size, the pistol uses a single-column magazine for an easy-to-carry profile. A removable adhesive grip-tape wrap is installed to enhance traction and can be taken off if preferred.
Two factory S&W magazines are included: a 7-round magazine and an 11-round extended magazine fitted with a HYVE aluminum base extension, supporting a listed capacity of 11+1. The striker-fired action and Shield 1.0 ergonomics help keep controls familiar and operation straightforward.
Rounding out the package, a LaserMax trigger-guard red laser module (not installed) is included alongside the S&W factory box and owner's manual. Made in the United States, this M&P9 Shield 1.0 offers a well-documented feature set in a compact format.
