The P320 Sub-Compact configuration pairs a 3.6 in barrel with a shortened grip module for discreet carry while maintaining a 12+1 capacity. It uses SIG's modular, removable FCU (fire control unit), allowing the serialized chassis to be moved between compatible P320 grip modules and slides.
The slide is stainless steel with a black Nitron protective coating and features both front and rear serrations for confident manipulation. The barrel hood is marked 9mm × 19, and a loaded chamber witness hole provides a quick visual check.
Factory tritium night sights (marked MH3 with additional AG stampings) offer low-light capability without reliance on external power. Ambidextrous slide catch levers support left- or right-handed operation.
This striker-fired model has no external manual safety and incorporates a loaded chamber indicator as part of its safety feature set. Two 12-round steel magazines are included, each with witness holes for round count confirmation.
