The G45 Gen6 uses Glock's crossover layout, pairing a compact-length slide with a full-size frame. Capacity is 17+1 rounds, supported by a flared magwell for efficient reloads and the Modular Backstrap System with aggressive square-dot texture for a secure grip.
The slide is optic-ready with the cover plate installed and ships with optic adapter plates. Front and rear serrations provide solid purchase, and the matte black nDLC finish delivers a uniform, durable surface.
The 4.02 in Glock Marksman Barrel (GMB) is paired with a barrel proof "P" marking. The frame is marked "MADE IN USA – GLOCK, INC., SMYRNA, GA," confirming U.S. manufacture.
Controls include ambidextrous slide stop levers and a reversible magazine catch. The pistol is striker-fired with Glock's Safe Action system and Glock’s standard curved trigger with integrated safety tab.
Fixed polymer sights are installed: a white-dot front and a white-outline U-notch rear, with the rear sight base marked 6.1.
