The G23 Gen5 configuration brings Glock’s latest updates to the compact .40 S&W format. It features the Glock Marksman Barrel for enhanced rifling and a target-style crown, paired with a 4.02 in steel barrel and a sight radius of 6.14 in. The slide wears Glock’s durable nDLC finish and includes both front and rear serrations.
Controls are Gen5-correct with ambidextrous slide stop levers and a reversible magazine catch, complemented by a flared magwell for fast, consistent reloads. The Safe Action system with a trigger safety tab provides Glock’s familiar, consistent operation.
The frame uses Gen5 stippling without finger grooves for a clean, secure hold. A molded accessory rail on the dust cover accepts compatible lights or lasers. Sights are Glock fixed polymer front and rear, as supplied on this non-MOS (no optic cut) slide.
