What’s Included
- Browning Auto-5 Sweet Sixteen 16-gauge semi-automatic shotgun
Made in Belgium, this Sweet Sixteen carries Belgian proofs including "PV" and the "MADE IN BELGIUM" marking, along with "BROWNING ARMS COMPANY ST LOUIS Mo & MONTREAL P.Q." address lines. The receiver shows factory Browning scroll engraving with bordered sawtooth edges and the "Sweet Sixteen" script, complemented by a gold-colored trigger and a matted receiver sighting plane.
It uses Browning’s long-recoil Auto-5 system with friction-ring recoil tuning. The shotgun retains the model’s signature humpback profile, a cross-bolt safety, and a magazine cut-off lever on the left side of the receiver. Capacity is 4+1 via the tubular magazine.
The 28-inch plain steel barrel is chambered for 2 3/4" shells and carries a fixed Full choke, denoted by the single asterisk stamp. A single brass bead serves as the front sight, and the barrel bears the "1Kg 962" weight stamp.
The walnut stock features a round-knob pistol grip and cut checkering for a classic Browning feel. It is fitted with a ventilated recoil pad with a black spacer. Metal surfaces wear a blued finish across the receiver and barrel.
