The 3.43" steel barrel is hammer-forged and uses polygonal rifling. This bore design, paired with the compact barrel length, reflects the G27's well-known .40 S&W chambering and durability.
Sighting is via fixed polymer sights, with a white-dot front and a fixed rear sight. The slide has rear cocking serrations and a matte black finish that matches the overall finish tone.
