The 2K11 Pro Stainless pairs a stainless slide and frame with a 4 in. stainless barrel and angled lightening/vent ports that expose the barrel's bronze/gold tone. The stainless finish is consistent across slide and frame, and the dust cover is roll-marked Kimber Troy AL USA.
It is optics-ready with a removable rear cover plate secured by four screws. A TAG Precision 2K11/1911 RMR adapter plate is included (sealed), allowing the buyer to mount a compatible RMR-pattern optic if desired.
Sighting is fast and straightforward with a TAG/Kimber-marked green fiber-optic front sight and a black rear. An integral Picatinny-type accessory rail with four slots on the frame supports weapon-mounted lights or accessories.
Controls and handling are set up for confident operation: single-action-only with an ambidextrous thumb safety, a beavertail grip safety, a flat-faced, skeletonized, lightened trigger, and a skeletonized commander-style hammer. The polymer grip module has aggressive molded texturing and a subtle integral magwell flare for efficient reloads.
