The CW45 is built on Kahr's locked-breech, modified Browning system with an offset feed-ramp and low-bore-axis design. It is a striker-fired, double-action-only pistol with a smooth, long-travel trigger rated at approximately 7.0 lb. The push-button magazine release and passive striker block round out the simple, carry-focused control layout.
The two-tone configuration features a matte stainless slide over a black polymer frame. The slide includes rear cocking serrations and a beveled nose to aid manipulation and holstering. Bar-dot sights consist of a pinned polymer white-dot front and a drift-adjustable rear with a white bar for straightforward alignment.
Dimensionally, the CW45 remains compact without sacrificing .45 ACP performance. It has a 3.64 in barrel, 6.32 in overall length, 4.8 in height, and a 1.01 in slide width. The single-stack design provides a 6+1 capacity while keeping the profile slim for carry.
As part of the CW Value Series, this model uses conventional rifling, a pinned polymer front sight, simplified slide machining, and a MIM slide stop.
