The Mountain Ti configuration pairs a titanium receiver with a stainless sporter-contour barrel to keep weight low without giving up strength. The A-Bolt II action uses three locking lugs and a 60-degree bolt lift, and the bolt is fitted with a round knob for positive operation. A detachable box magazine (DBM) with a hinged floorplate provides 4-round capacity.
The 23 in stainless barrel has a matte finish, a recessed crown, and is free-floated and non-threaded. There are no factory sights, and two-piece scope bases are installed; rings and mounting screws are included but not installed to streamline optic setup.
The composite camo stock is Bell & Carlson manufacture with a Dura-Touch-type coating for a secure feel. It features a straight comb, a recoil pad, and sling swivel studs, with a 13.5 in length of pull.
User-friendly controls include a top-tang safety with a red fire indicator. The rifle carries Browning Arms Company Morgan, Utah and Made in Japan markings, and its cataloged unscoped weight is about 5.5 lb.
