The Government-length 5 in barrel and 8+1 capacity deliver the classic 1911 format in .45 ACP, paired with a single-action trigger system. The 1:16 twist rate supports standard .45 ACP bullet stabilization.
The slide is matte black with front and rear cocking serrations and a lowered, flared ejection port for reliable clearance. Novak-style, drift-adjustable 3-dot sights are dovetailed front and rear for a clean, familiar sight picture.
The frame is alloy steel in a matching matte black finish and integrates a Picatinny rail with two MIL-STD-1913 slots for direct accessory mounting. Checkered synthetic grips with molded Taurus bull logos provide a secure hold.
Controls include a beavertail grip safety and a manual thumb safety. The skeletonized hammer and lightened 3-hole trigger with an overtravel screw offer a refined 1911 control set.
