This limited-edition Kimber Hero Custom is a full-size .45 ACP 1911 created in partnership with Boot Campaign. It features factory engravings including a forward-facing U.S. flag on the slide and the Boot Campaign logo on top. The two-tone KimPro II finish pairs a matte black slide with a Desert Tan stainless-steel frame, complemented by Kryptek Highlander grips. A match-grade 5-inch barrel and an installed three-port compensator round out a configuration that is both distinctive and purpose-built.

This Hero Custom Special Edition highlights Kimber's collaboration benefiting Boot Campaign, with factory-applied, forward-facing U.S. flag engraving on the slide and the Boot Campaign logo on the slide top. The two-tone KimPro II finish contrasts a matte black slide over a Desert Tan stainless-steel frame, and the Kryptek Highlander grip panels complete the special-edition look.
The pistol is built on a full-size 1911 platform with a Government-length, match-grade 5-inch barrel. It is single-action only and compensated, featuring an aftermarket three-port compensator installed at the muzzle for a customized setup right out of the box.
Controls and internals are set up for confident operation: a skeletonized, long, three-hole trigger; a skeletonized loop hammer; a left-side thumb safety; and a beavertail grip safety with a raised pad. A standard flat, serrated mainspring housing with a flush base is included (no lanyard loop).
The slide is configured with front and rear cocking serrations and a lowered and flared ejection port. Sight picture is bright and precise with fiber-optic sights: an orange front and a rear unit with two green elements and a square notch.
