This SB2 configuration is chambered for .45-70 Govt with a 1-round capacity and a release lever located behind the hammer for opening the action. A hooded front sight pairs with a Williams adjustable open rear sight for clear alignment, and the short two-slot scope base installed on the barrel provides an immediate platform for mounting compatible optics if desired.
The two-piece hardwood stock set includes a pistol-grip buttstock and straight/tapered sporter forend, both in a walnut finish. A ventilated recoil pad helps manage the .45-70’s recoil, and a front sling swivel stud on the forend belly offers a mounting point for a sling or bipod. Length of pull measures 14.0 inches.
