The M3000 uses Stoeger’s inertia-driven system with a rotating two-lug bolt head and a cartridge drop lever. This setup provides consistent cycling with field loads within its chamber range. A cross-bolt safety is located at the trigger guard.
The 28-inch field barrel has a vent rib and is threaded for choke tubes, offering flexibility for different hunting or clay target applications. A red fiber-optic front bead provides a bright, easy-to-acquire aiming point.
The Burnt Bronze Cerakote finish on the receiver and barrel complements the satin walnut stock and matching walnut forend. The stock is checkered for grip and fitted with a recoil pad and a sling swivel stud. The Stoeger logo is inset into the forend checkering panel.
The receiver is drilled and tapped for scope bases, with four plug screws installed from the factory. The shotgun feeds from a fixed tubular magazine with a 5+1 capacity and ejects to the right.
