What's Included
- Browning B-2000 Magnum 12 Gauge shotgun
The B-2000 Magnum marks Browning's first gas-operated autoloading shotgun, bridging the classic Auto-5 to the company's later gas designs. This example carries the early "PATENTS PENDING" barrel marking consistent with the 1973–1974 rollout and uses a bottom loading port with right-side ejection. Typical production combined FN-manufactured parts with final assembly in Viana, Portugal.
The 25" barrel features a ventilated rib and bead sights for a clean sight picture. The barrel bears Browning's star code "*" indicating Full choke, and this shotgun has an Improved Cylinder choke installed. The chamber is 3" to accommodate magnum loads, and capacity is 4+1.
Its gas system uses a bronze piston and plug on the magazine tube, paired with a semi-automatic, gas-operated action. A cross-bolt safety provides familiar, straightforward control.
The receiver wears a blued finish with light scroll engraving, complementing the glossy walnut stock and matching forearm. Furniture details include a pistol grip with checkering, a ventilated recoil pad with a white-line spacer, and a 14.5" length of pull.
