The C2 uses Staccato's 2011 platform, pairing an aluminum-alloy frame with a modular polymer 2011-pattern grip. The 3.9 in bull, bushing-less barrel and RecoilMaster dual-spring system are designed for controlled operation in a compact package. The dustcover includes an accessory rail for mounting compatible lights.
This single-action-only pistol includes an ambidextrous manual thumb safety and a beavertail grip safety. The skeletonized trigger and skeletonized rowel hammer provide a familiar 2011 control layout. The black polymer grip module features molded texture and a star motif.
The slide wears a matte black finish with wide cocking serrations at the front and rear. It is an iron-sight slide with no optic cut. Sight picture is provided by a red fiber-optic front and a black rear notch with a ledge.
Feeding is via Staccato G3-pattern double-stack magazines, with three 17-round steel magazines included. Factory markings read "GEORGETOWN, TX USA," and the pistol includes a laser-engraved U.S. flag on the right side of the frame above the takedown pin.
