What’s Included
- Ruger Mark II Target .22 LR pistol
- One 10-round Ruger Mark-series steel magazine
The Target model configuration centers on a 5.5" non-tapered bull barrel that is fixed to the receiver. This setup, combined with the Mark II’s simple blowback system and single-action trigger, delivers the straightforward performance the series is known for.
Controls are classic Mark II: a heel-style magazine release, manual thumb safety, and twin bolt ears for clean, positive charging. The action includes a last-shot bolt hold-open via the magazine follower. The bolt is left in the white, contrasting the pistol’s blued finish.
Construction is all steel, with a blued carbon-steel barrel and receiver. Checkered black synthetic grip panels wear Ruger eagle medallions, and the full-size frame supports the standard 10+1 capacity using Mark-series magazines.
Sight regulation is handled by a Patridge-style front blade and a fully adjustable rear sight, giving the shooter a clear, target-focused sight picture. This example was manufactured in 2000 in the USA.
