Built by the Smith & Wesson Performance Center, this K-frame Model 19-10 Carry Comp (K-Comp) is configured for .357 Magnum with a six-shot, fluted cylinder. The 2.5 inch carbon-steel barrel features a PowerPort-style single top port at the muzzle, a full-length underlug, and an ejector-rod shroud. The barrel shroud is marked PERFORMANCE CENTER, and the model and engineering change are marked 19-10 on the yoke.
The action is double-action/single-action with Performance Center tuning. It includes a smooth combat-style trigger, a checkered hammer spur, and a teardrop/checkered cylinder release. An internal lock is present among the safety features.
Sights consist of a tritium night-dot front and an adjustable rear, providing a clear, low-light-capable sight picture. The installed grip is a checkered, finger-groove hardwood boot grip, and a factory black synthetic boot grip is included as a spare.
Construction is carbon steel throughout, finished in a two-tone scheme: olive drab (moss) green on the frame and barrel with a dark gray cylinder. Serial markings are located on the yoke cut and grip butt. This is a recent Performance Center release, made in the United States.
