The rifle is built on the Model 700 action with a jeweled bolt body and a blued steel 24-inch tapered barrel. The barrel is sightless and marked with "MADE IN U.S.A. ILION, N.Y." Chambered in .22-250 Rem, it feeds from a 4-round internal box magazine and uses a hinged floorplate with a latch for easy unloading.
The BDL (Custom Deluxe) stock is high-gloss walnut with a Monte Carlo comb and cheekpiece. It features impressed checkering and white-line spacers, along with sling swivel studs and a black hard-plastic Remington buttplate. The forend has a contrasting black tip with a white-line spacer at the nose.
The receiver is drilled and tapped and fitted with a one-piece scope base. There are no open sights on this configuration, aligning with the sightless sporter barrel specification.
