What's Included
- Winchester Model 12 Heavy Duck Gun 12 Gauge shotgun
Built in 1957, this Model 12 Heavy Duck Gun represents a sought-after configuration within the Model 12 family (also known as the Model 1912). It retains the classic U.S. manufacture, forged/machined steel receiver, and polished blue finish associated with Winchester’s mid-century production.
The shotgun has a 30-inch plain barrel with no rib and a single barrel/magazine band near the muzzle. Its takedown construction with a visible collar/joint allows the barrel and magazine assembly to separate from the receiver for transport and maintenance.
Controls and operation are true to the pattern: pump-action with an internal hammer, right-side ejection, and an action slide lock button located at the front left of the trigger guard. The trigger group has no disconnector, making the gun slam-fire capable.
Furniture is walnut throughout, including a corncob-style fore-end and an uncheckered pistol-grip stock fitted with a recoil pad. Length of pull measures 14.0 inches. Capacity is 3 rounds.
