The MC 9 S uses a short-recoil, tilting-barrel system with an external extractor and a striker-fired action. It is configured with a standard left-side magazine release and a trigger safety, with no external manual thumb safety.
The slide includes front and rear serrations for purchase, and fixed, dovetailed 3-dot sights (white-dot front, two-dot rear) provide a consistent sight picture. The 4.25-inch barrel supports the full-size profile.
Both the slide and polymer frame are finished in Flat Dark Earth, giving the pistol a uniform appearance. Interchangeable backstraps allow the grip to be tailored to the shooter.
An integral, three-slot Picatinny accessory rail on the dust cover supports compatible lights or lasers. The pistol uses a detachable box magazine system.
Markings include "Made in TURKEY" with import stamps from EAA in Cocoa, Florida. Country of origin is Turkey.
