Introduced in 2025 as part of Beretta's X-series refresh of tip-up pocket pistols, the 20X Bobcat combines a compact footprint with the proven tip-up barrel system and a DA/SA, direct-blowback action. This example features a matte light gray anodized aluminum-alloy frame matched to a matte gray slide and comes with two 8-round 20X-specific polymer magazines.

The 20X Bobcat retains the hallmark tip-up barrel with an easy-to-use release. The 2.4 in steel barrel is non-threaded and paired with 6-groove right-hand rifling and a 1:13.8 RH twist.
The DA/SA, direct-blowback action uses an external spurred hammer. Controls include a frame-mounted manual safety and a left-side button magazine release positioned behind the trigger guard. An inertia firing pin is fitted.
The slide features a matte gray finish with rear-only serrations and fixed, removable sights: a blade front and a square-notch rear with a 3.4 in sight radius. A lanyard hole is located at the rear of the frame.
Dimensions are compact for micro carry: overall length 5.4 in, height 3.7 in, width 1.25 in, and an approximate weight of 14.5 oz. Capacity is 8+1 in .22 LR.
