The 16" barrel is marked "5.56 NATO 1/7" and uses a 1:7 twist to stabilize a wide range of 5.56/.223 projectiles. It follows the M4/Government profile and is threaded at the muzzle, capped with an A2-type birdcage flash hider. The carbine-length gas system provides a classic AR-15 configuration.
The upper is a flat-top design with a full-length Picatinny rail, forward assist, and an ejection-port dust cover. Up front, the A2 fixed front sight base includes a bayonet lug and a sling loop. A Magpul MBUS flip-up rear sight is installed to complete the iron sight setup.
Furniture includes a Magpul MOE carbine-length polymer handguard marked MOE/M-LOK, retained by a delta ring and round handguard end cap. The lower is marked "PA-15 MULTI" and is paired with a Magpul polymer pistol grip for a sure, ergonomic hold.
The stock is a 6-position adjustable, skeletonized design with integrated sling slots. Sling attachment points are present on both the A2 front sight base and the stock, adding carry flexibility without extra hardware.
This semi-automatic, direct-impingement PA-15 runs a manual safety and a 30+1 capacity. It wears a matte black finish and is made in the United States. A 30-round Magpul PMAG GEN M3 magazine is included.
