The compact G19 Gen4 format offers a 15+1 capacity in 9mm Luger with Gen4 updates, including the dual recoil spring assembly for the 4.02 in barrel and a reversible, enlarged magazine release. The frame uses the Gen4 RTF texture with finger grooves and is compatible with the Modular Backstrap System; the standard backstrap is installed.
The 4.02 in steel barrel is cold hammer-forged with polygonal rifling and treated via ferritic nitrocarburizing. The extractor functions as a tactile/visual loaded-chamber indicator. The slide has a matte black finish and is non-MOS (no optic cut); sight radius is 6.02 in.
Aftermarket TG-H3 steel 3-dot green night sights are installed, with a TG-H3-marked front and dovetailed rear. The all-steel construction provides a durable sighting setup with a clear, bright 3-dot picture.
Origin and markings include Austrian proof marks, Glock proof marks, a "Made in Austria" frame marking, and the Glock, Inc., Smyrna, GA import mark. The pistol features the Glock single-slot accessory rail and the Safe-Action system with trigger, firing pin, and drop safeties.
