Genesis Arms GEN-12 Dracarys SBS 12 Gauge, 10.5 in Barrel, AR-10 Platform, Taran Tactical Collaboration
The GEN-12 Dracarys is a U.S.-made, short-barreled shotgun built on an AR-10 lineage and developed in collaboration with Taran Tactical Innovations. It features right-side charging and ejection, a detachable box-magazine system, and a 10.5 in barrel. Prominent lightning-bolt "T" logos mark the collaboration. This is an NFA item (short-barreled shotgun).
Built from billet aluminum with a Type III hardcoat anodized finish, the Dracarys combines a continuous MIL-STD-1913 top rail and a free-float KeyMod handguard for flexible mounting. An extended, flared magazine well supports fast reloads. The multi-port breacher-style muzzle brake/compensator is fitted at the muzzle.
The stock setup uses a BCM-marked telescoping unit paired with a KICK-EEZ recoil pad. Length of pull is adjustable from 12 to 15.25 inches, and the grip is an AR-pattern textured pistol grip. The action is semi-automatic and gas-operated with a manual safety.
The platform employs Genesis Arms GEN-12 polymer magazines and is chambered for both 2.75 and 3 inch 12-gauge shells. A continuous top rail spans the receiver and handguard, and the system retains AR-10/DPMS Gen 1–pattern lineage for familiar ergonomics and controls.
