The receiver is marked "M-11/NINE mm S.W.D. INCORPORATED" with the Cobray serpent logo and SAFE/FIRE selector markings on the right side. It uses a top-mounted, knurled "hockey-puck" charging knob with a rectangular right-side ejection port. The action is open-bolt blowback, and the barrel is steel with a stepped shoulder and threaded muzzle.
The factory wireform two-rod stock is a telescoping, rotating steel design, and the length of pull measures 15.5 in. A triangular front sling/strap plate is present, and a hand strap is included. A wrap-around finger-groove grip sleeve is installed, with the original Cobray polymer grip panel included uninstalled.
The included Lage MAX-11 upper assembly adds a full-length top rail, flip-up iron sights, a ventilated handguard, and a threaded muzzle device. This package provides a ready upper receiver group tailored to the M-11/NINE format.
