It is compatible with BX-series 10/22 magazines and includes a Ruger BX-15 magazine and a detachable adjustable bipod.

The carbine-style setup centers on an AR-pattern receiver extension with a FAB Defense telescoping stock, yielding a 13.0-inch length of pull. This is the Takedown configuration with a two-piece stock set: a rear polymer stock with an integral molded pistol grip featuring molded/stippled panels for a secure hold, and a separate polymer fore-end on the barrel assembly with chevron texturing for consistent support.
The 10-inch heavy-profile barrel is threaded 1/2x28 and capped with a knurled thread protector. This configuration pairs compact handling with the durability of a heavier contour. No iron sights are installed, and the receiver carries a four-screw Picatinny-style rail for mounting optics.
Built on the Ruger 10/22 platform, this 22 Charger accepts BX-series magazines and comes with a BX-15 15-round magazine for a 15+1 capacity. The fore-end includes a front sling swivel/bipod stud. A detachable adjustable bipod with a Picatinny-rail clamp head is included; no bottom rail or stud-to-rail adapter is included, so the bipod will require an appropriate adapter or rail to mount.
The action is a semi-automatic blowback system in a black finish, made in the United States. This example was manufactured in 2018 and is configured as a registered SBR with the aftermarket shoulder stock installed.
