This Hi-Point 995TS in 9mm Luger is a TS-series, U.S.-made semi-automatic rifle featuring a threaded 16.5 in steel barrel with protector, a receiver-mounted top Weaver/Picatinny rail, and customized JUVALE flip-up front and rear sights. It comes with four magazines and a durable black polymer stock with integrated rails and sling attachment points.

The 995TS operates on a straight blowback action and includes a right-side ejection port, a last-round hold-open, and a grip-mounted magazine release. A manual safety with a red fire indicator dot provides straightforward controls.
The 16.5 in steel barrel is threaded and fitted with a thread protector. It uses a 1:10 RH twist and 9-groove rifling, delivering reliable stabilization for 9mm loads.
The black polymer stock is skeletonized and features integral rails, a fixed checkered buttplate, and an integrated polymer pistol grip. A ribbed polymer fore-end aids purchase, and the length of pull is 14.5 in. Front and rear sling attachment points are built in.
A receiver-mounted top Weaver/Picatinny rail sits on the receiver, while the fore-end top is a ventilated shroud with no rail. Additional accessory rail segments are located at the fore-end and under the barrel/handguard extension. The rifle is customized with JUVALE flip-up iron sights installed on the top rail.
Capacity is stated at 21+1, and this rifle includes one 20-round magazine plus three 10-round magazines. Overall length is approximately 31.1 in with an unloaded weight of about 6.7 lb. Made in the United States.
