This Palmetto State Armory PA-15 is a USA-made AR-15 pattern carbine in excellent condition, configured with a 16-inch M4-profile, 1:7 twist barrel and a carbine-length gas system. It features a flat-top slick-side upper (no forward assist) with brass deflector and ejection-port cover, a pinned A2 fixed front sight base, and a complete Magpul MOE furniture set with an installed MVG vertical foregrip. It includes one Magpul PMAG GEN M3 30-round magazine.
Condition
Overall Condition: Excellent condition, showing only faint signs of any prior use or handling.

The PA-15 platform follows the AR-15 pattern with a direct impingement operating system and aluminum receivers finished in matte black. Receiver markings include PSA West Columbia, SC on the lower, which is marked “MULTI.” The upper carries an “A” forge mark and is the slick-side style with no forward assist, while retaining a brass deflector and an ejection-port cover.
The 16-inch M4-profile barrel uses a 1:7 twist for 5.56 NATO. It runs a carbine-length gas system and is threaded with an A2 flash hider installed. A pinned A2 fixed front sight base serves as the front sight, matching the carbine configuration.
Furniture is a complete Magpul MOE set: MOE carbine handguard, MOE pistol grip, and a collapsible MOE carbine stock. The stock is MIL-spec pattern with a rubber buttpad and offers an adjustable length of pull of approximately 10–13.5 inches. A Magpul MVG vertical foregrip is installed on the handguard for added control.
The flat-top upper provides an integral rail surface, and the rifle retains a standard manual safety. Capacity is 30+1 with the included Magpul PMAG GEN M3 magazine. Finish throughout is matte black for a consistent, utilitarian look.
